Publishing ConfigMgr Deployments to ConfigMgr

To publish or deploy ConfigMgr Deployments to ConfigMgr for the specified application, perform the following steps.

To publish ConfigMgr Deployments:

  1. In the Application Catalog tree, choose the application, then right-click and select Deploy Application from the context menu.

    • The Deploy wizard launches.

      note

      Make sure that the application should to published to enable the Deploy Application option in the context menu.

  2. In the Target Server Details panel:

    • Server type —Specify the deploy server type you want to distribute to.

    • Connection name —Select the named connection to deploy server that you want to publish applications to.

  3. In the Choose Application panel, select the application you want to distribute, and then click Next.
  4. The Summary panel shows a summary of selected application along with its deployments. When you click Next, the distribution begins.
  5. The Distributing panel shows a progress bar and status messages during the distribution process. When the distribution is complete, click Finish.
  6. Upon successful completion, ConfigMgr Deployments are published to ConfigMgr for the specified application.
